The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not store the information entered into that form. Once you send the email, ATOM will receive and use the information to respond to your enquiry.

Please provide only the business contact and service information needed for the enquiry. Do not include confidential care records, health information or other sensitive personal data.
Operational systems
The client governance system has separate access controls and contractual data protection arrangements. This public notice does not replace the documentation agreed with subscribing organisations.
